Terms & Conditions — hqtoto User Agreement

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hqtoto" refers to the online gaming platform operated at hqtoto.cam, including all associated games, betting services, and account management tools.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the hqtoto platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the hqtoto platform, used to manage funds, place bets, and interact with platform services.
• "Funds" means real-money deposits credited to a User's Account balance, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, cashback awards, or other promotional balances credited to an Account that are distinct from real-money Funds and subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are permitted.
• "Platform" refers to the hqtoto website, mobile-optimized interface, and any associated services or features accessible via hqtoto.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

To register an account and use the hqtoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Indonesia's online gaming community follows the 21+ standard across internationally licensed platforms. We apply this requirement strictly and verify it during KYC.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that accessing hqtoto is permitted under the laws applicable in your location.
4. You must not have previously had an hqtoto account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily. Registering under duress, intoxication, or external pressure is not permitted.

Each eligible person may register one (1) account only on the hqtoto platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by shared name, date of birth, email address, phone number, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint — constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and Indonesian bank account details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). hqtoto will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if yo u suspect unauthorized access to your account.

hqtoto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Before processing any withdrawal request, hqtoto requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a mandatory anti-fraud and responsible gaming measure applied consistently across all accounts.

KYC verification requires you to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your full name and current address, issued within the past three months.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (matching the name on your hqtoto account).

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and fully legible. Edited, cropped, or digitally manipulated documents will be rejected and may result in account suspension. Our verification team processes KYC submissions within 24 hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7).

All financial transactions on hqtoto are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits made via supported local bank transfer are typically credited within 2 minutes of confirmed receipt. hqtoto does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank may apply its own transfer charges.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Verified accounts receive same-day withdrawal processing, with the majority of requests settled within 1–4 hours of submission. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal will be processed. hqtoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.

Account name matching: The name on your hqtoto account must exactly match the name registered on your deposit or withdrawal payment method. Transactions involving third-party bank accounts or e-wallets will be declined and returned. Any attempt to use a payment method belonging to another person will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

hqtoto offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Standard wagering requirement: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds expire 7 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your account balance.
• One bonus per promotion: Each User is entitled to claim a specific promotion once only. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and possible account termination.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While active bonus wagering is in progress, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is Rp 200.000. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Welcome bonus eligibility: The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only, on the first deposit. Players who have previously registered and closed an account are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a re-registration.

hqtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where material changes are made to an active promotion, affected Users will be notified via the contact details registered on their account.

All games available on the hqtoto platform — including slot machines, live casino tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, sports betting markets, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Random Number Generators (RNGs): All electronic games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific short-term results for individual sessions.

Sports betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format as a default. All bets are final once confirmed. In the event of a void market (match postponement, abandonment, or other qualifying event), bets placed on that market will be settled as void and stakes returned. Mix parlay bets containing a voided leg will have that leg treated as a non-runner and the parlay recalculated accordingly.

Dispute resolution: In the event of a technical fault during a game or sporting event that materially affects the outcome, hqtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Results displayed after a confirmed technical error are not binding. Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be raised with our support team within 72 hours of the relevant event.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface at the time of play.

hqtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to remain in control of their activity at all times. The following self-management tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. An alert will be issued when your session limit approaches.
• Reality check reminders: Configure periodic notifications reminding you of time elapsed and net gaming outcome during your current session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Temporary exclusions range from 1 day to 6 months; permanent exclusions are irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible and no new registration will be permitted using the same identity details.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hqtoto platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or using promotional funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any transaction associated with criminal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Sharing account credentials with, or transferring funds to or from, another User's account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.

All content on the hqtoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of hqtoto or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without express written permission from hqtoto.

Unauthorized use of hqtoto's intellectual property — including unauthorized mirroring of the website, scraping of odds data, or reproduction of platform branding — will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hqtoto's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hqtoto shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from participation in games or betting markets — all gaming and betting activity carries inherent financial risk and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the User's bank or payment provider rather than to hqtoto's own systems.

hqtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure).
• Following a permanent self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Where hqtoto determines, at its sole discretion, that continuation of the account relationship presents unacceptable risk or reputational concern.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Funds remaining in the account balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method after any applicable review period, provided no fraud investigation is ongoing.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, real-money balances will be refunded to the verified payment method on file within 3–5 business days.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hqtoto holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that licensing jurisdiction.

hqtoto's internal dispute resolution process requires that any formal complaint be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Users are encouraged to exhaust the internal process before seeking external resolution.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that may be available to you under the laws applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement.

hqtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a User — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the hqtoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.
